S.C. Rep., House Whip James Clyburn, Calls Bill Clinton’s Tactics “Bizarre”
The most powerful African-American in Congress told CNN Friday that Bill Clinton’s comments about the “race card” issue before Pennsylvania’s April 22 primary upset him.
Clyburn claimed that Clinton’s tone in a phone interview had “caused people to say things to me [about Clinton] that I never thought I would hear.”
