Even the daughter of the man who created the test thinks it is biased toward minorities and limited in scope. Kathy Kolbe, Eldon Wonderlic's daughter, scoffs at the idea of the exam being used as an accurate barometer for football players."The first time I heard they were using it, I had to laugh," Kolbe told the Kansas City Star. Jim Kolbe's office received a formal complaint about Mark Foley's IM messages with congressional pages back in 2000. 6 years ago. Foley got a slap on the wrist and some sort of corrective action was taken. It sounds like Jim Kolbe didn't follow up much over the last 6 years.
