The short answer to the question "Is it time to begin being honest and reputable" is a resounding yes! And, gentlemen, I'd like that answer to be for the record. Mr. Speaker, you may remember, last year I submitted a bill that would have required the members of the House to be reputable. Now Representative Issa has done me one better. Reputable and honest. To that I would like to insert the following language: reputable, honest, and...swashbuckling. I, for one, think America could use more swashbuckling, and this House in particular.
