John Shadegg Dodges Question About Sarah Palin: Rep. John Shadegg has not properly answered the question about Sarah Palin asked from him by Joe Scarborough on “Morning Joe” Today morning.

“Do you think Sarah Palin is qualified to be president of the United States?”

Shadegg answered: ”I think that’s a decision for the American people.”

Scarborough shot back: ”But you are one of the American people!”
