Last week, Congressman Mike Michaud led a letter signed by 47 of his colleagues, urging the leaders of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee to incorporate the Senate-passed Buy America requirements in the final Conference Report on the surface transportation reauthorization bill.
