Rep. Rick Boucher wants to do his bit to help the nation’s, and the Fightin’ Ninth’s” economy. A couple of days ago we noted that Boucher now supports the Bush tax cuts (a flip-flop, but at least in the right direction). Wednesday the House voted 210 – 209 to adjourn until after the election. By doing so, income tax rates are scheduled to increase dramatically in January.
