Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice has increased its state and federal government affairs team by five: former Rep. Deborah Pryce (R-Ohio), Harry Katrichis, Vicki Hicks, Garrett Perdue and Lori Salley.

All the new hires will split their time between the firm’s Washington and Raleigh, N.C., offices.

Pryce, who is working half-time and telecommuting, said she’s looking forward to getting back into the legal business. And she reconnected at the firm with a former House colleague, Bob Ehrlich, who was also governor of Maryland.
