Nancy Pelosi's 100 hour push also includes PayGo

The news is abuzz with the Dem's first "100 hour" push to pass legislation consistent with their election promises. It is a pretty interesting (and aggressive) strategy for the newly crowned speaker, Nancy Pelosi. One of the items to be included in the 100 hour push is "PayGo". PayGo basically mandates that any new items added to the budget must be "paid for" by reductions elsewhere. So if you want to add military spending, you must decrease spending somewhere else.
