Earlier reports were inconclusive, it was reported that she had passed after she was pulled over last night by the police who found her unconscious behind the wheel of a moving car. Update: Rep. According to Rep. Tubbs-Jones’ Communications Director, Nicole Williams, Tubbs-Jones suffered an aneurysm while driving her car in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Contrary to rumors that Rep. As we told you earlier , Tubbs Jones suffered an aneurysm while driving her car on Tuesday.
