Bloomberg - Nov. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Senator Christopher Dodd will
propose creating a single U.S. regulator that would strip the
Federal Reserve and Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. of bank-
supervision authority, said a person familiar with the matter.
