The federal case against former Hollinger International Inc. Chairman Conrad Black got kicked off this week.  Conrad Black and Peter Atkinson are charged with taking millions of dollars in noncompete payments while also selling $3 billion in Hollinger assets from 1998 to 2001. Former Hollinger General Counsel Mark Kipnis, 59, is also accused of aiding Black and Arkinson. Each man faces more than 20 years in prison if convicted. Read Full Story
