The daughter of longtime Anheuser-Busch Chairman August Busch III is the new head of the Endangered Wolf Center in suburban St. Louis.
The center announced the hiring of Virginia Busch on Monday, the same day she took over as executive director.
The Endangered Wolf Center is one of the nation's leading facilities for breeding and repatriating Mexican gray wolves to the wild. Busch previously served as president of the SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund. She serves on the board of several conservation and animal welfare organizations in the U.S. and overseas.
