How George Foreman Can Make You Healthy!
He definitely has one of the most charismatic personalities ever, which has probably lead to George Foreman becoming far more well known for the “Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine” that bares his name, face and signature than any of his boxing achievements ever will. (According to Wikipedia, this boxing champion fought in 81 bouts, winning 76 of them.)
Today I don’t want to talk about this man’s life or his boxing triumphs. I want to talk about the grill that he has become so famous for. It’s strange really because most people attribute the product to him but in reality - George Foreman is just a celebrity face on the box - he didn’t invent the grill nor does he work in a store that sells it. He just promotes the thing… weird isn’t it?
Anyway, the Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine is one of the biggest selling indoor grilling tools in the World and for good reason. Unlike many cooking techniques, the grilling machine allows you to basically put any food stuff in between the hot plates and grill it in a matter of minutes.
Not only do get really tasty food, but the grill has been entirely designed around getting as much fat out of the food as possible. Because you’re basically squeezing what food you put into the grill between to hot plates, you automatically entice any fat out of the food.
