Ingredients: 2 lb. corn, whole kernel 2 cups water 1 cup heavy cream 8 oz. American cheese 8 oz. diced ham 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper Place corn into 2 cups of water and heat until tender. Drain, saving 1/2 cup of liquid. In a saucepan, add 1/2 cup of reserved liquid, 1 cup of heavy cream, cheese, ham, salt and pepper; heat on low heat until cheese is melted. Add corn to sauce, and mix well.
