(Getty Images)more pics »Corri Fetman was well-known for writing Playboy's "Lawyer of Love" column, but she was fired by the magazine last year (after she posed nude in its pages, to wit). Now Playboy's going for Fetman once more, suing her so she'll lose the "Lawyer of Love" title that made her famous.
Fetman stands with her ads (Getty)According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the magazine filed a lawsuit Tuesday claiming Fetman tried to trademark the title "Lawyer of Love" for her own practice, but Playboy say they own the moniker. The suit also claims that Fetman still markets herself as a Playboy columnist after her termination and uses "Lawyer of Love" on her website.
Fetman's known for her bold advertising campaigns. Her billboards read, "Life is short. Get a divorce" in big letters. She also sued Playboy last year for sexual harrassment.
