Corrie Lazar , a 21-year-old Washington State resident and Laurel camp counselor, was killed after being hit by a car today in Mt. Vernon. WCSH6.com reported: According to Police, Joseph Rouleau of Fayette was driving a black 1995 Isuzu Trooper when he struck two of the three counselors They were walking back to camp Laurel. Rouleau received non-life threatening injuries and was transported to CMMC in Lewiston. Loyd Olson escaped injury by diving into the woods as the vehicle approached.
