Corrie Lazar, a 21-year-old Washington State resident and Laurel camp counselor, was killed after being hit by a car today in Mt. Vernon.WCSH6.com reported: According to Police, Joseph Rouleau of Fayette was driving a black 1995 Isuzu Trooper when he struck two of the three counselors They were walking back to camp Laurel.
