Cory Stanton

Rising 2nd year PG Cory Stanton has announced that he will be leaving Clemson in order to be closer to home. Stanton recorded quality minutes for the Tigers and was looked at as a backup PG to Andre Young next year. Stanton was a good player, not a great scorer but he did play quality defense, especially as a freshman. While I think this lost certainly does not help us, I don't believe it will hurt too much.
