You have to learn to walk before you can run, so begin with wishing for something easier to manifest than a big pile of money. To start with, shut your eyelids, roll your eyes upwards to your forehead and count backwards from 100 down to one. Allow your eyes to do this with your eyelids closed, and no straining of the eyes! You might be lucky and get down to 70, 60 or even less, but the minute you feel you are applying pressure to do this then cease what you are doing. Come back to it in a few hours or so. Eventually you will be successful and get all the way through the count, now you can move on to the next easy stage.
Here is the next basic step. Imagine you have a pyramid on your head; it is only 6 inches tall from base to apex and is no weight at all. With eyes closed, head level and looking up to your forehead with your eyeballs, just see in the distant universe a powerful orb of energy making its way to you. This orb is only about the size of tennis ball and it is bright purple in colour. The orb enters your head after it makes its way through the pyramid's peak it collects your wish or desire, it then swirls around in anticipation as you tell it what you want. Make it simple and in positive words as it doesn't need complicated orders. Then it leaves your head, taking your order with it, it only takes a few minutes from start to finish. That's your first, basic Cosmic Order sent out to the universe ... easy.
When you first place an order you can use what is called a 'step order'. This is for something small, it is just to get you familiar with how it works and to see if you are doing it right. Once you start amassing those step orders then you can move on to the larger ones.
When you are a beginner you will find that you want it to happen immediately, your impatience can cause your vibrational output to drop or even stop ... hence nothing happens! Do not question why it is not happening. Never show any signs of desperation! Be patient.
For this to work your belief is essential. Do not overly think of what you have manifested. Leave small signs of what it is you desire around you. Put these pictures on a 'manifesting board', on the fridge or your bathroom mirror so it is the first and last thing you see during the day.
