(Bauer Griffin)Courtenay has been romantically linked to Lindsay Lohan, the late Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson and reality television star Tila Tequila. Most recently she has been reportedly involved with Jasmine Lennard, a model who also used to date Casey Johnson.
In August of 2008, while dating Tila Tequila, Courtenay was charged with battery after allegedly hitting a hotel security guard in the back of the head outside Caesars Palace's Pure Nightclub. Courtenay allegedly grew angry when she arrived at the club at 4 a.m. to look for her cell phone and couldn't get in.
On November 30, 2009, Courtenay's ex-girlfriend Casey Johnson was arrested on charges of stealing clothes, jewelry, shoes, part of a legal document, and underwear from Jasmine Lennard. Police were led to Johnson on a tip from Courtenay Semel.
