She was spotted at Armani Exchange and Elle's Disco Glam party Wednesday in a sharp outfit that paired a tailored black jacket with a pair of knee-high boots with some serious heels.Courtenay is the daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel and is a regular on the L.A. party scene. Earlier this week, she was spotted at E!'s 20th anniversary party in a corseted black dress paired with a cross that gave the outfit a goth feel.
