Manchester City striker Craig Bellamy has rejected rumours of a bust-up between himself and Robinho. Reports on Sunday suggested the fiery Welshman was leading a players revolt against Robinho following a heated verbal spat between the two players after last week's defeat at Portsmouth. Matters had apparently been boiling up for a while after City's players generally were reportedly unhappy with the Brazilian's failure to adhere to club rules, and his lenient treatment from club staff regarding disciplinary matter, which they regarded as unfair. West Ham United have accepted a bid of about £14m from Manchester City for their Wales international striker Craig Bellamy who is believed to be travelling to Eastlands for a medical. The former Liverpool and Newcastle forward has been given permission to speak to the City manager, Mark Hughes, after the club's bid was accepted. A matching offer from Tottenham had been rejected. City have approached West Ham before but the Hammers then said to have no interest in selling these two key players. This however, doesn’t keep the Manchester outfit from trying again. Manchester City has signed West ham forward Craig Bellamy for a reported £14million, made up by a £12m up-front payment plus £2m in add-ons. This is a good bit of business for West Ham who signed Bellamy from Liverpool for £7.5 million in July 2007.
