The Calgary Flames announced the signing of 15-year veteran Craig Conroy this week and helped themselves out with the city and the fans. While many outside of southern Alberta will question this signing those inside understand it completely. Signing the 38 year old was and is not so much about what he can bring to the fourth line but rather about what he brings to the dressing room and as a representative of the Flames organization.
