Oscar-nominated actor Dennis Hopper has been rushed to the hospital for a stomach ailment, canceling a number of interviews and television appearances. A Sources said that the 73 years old actor arrived in an ambulance at the emergency room of a Manhattan hospital. He had developed flu-like symptoms and was seen wearing an oxygen mask with numerous tubes visible. Actor Dennis Hopper has been rushed to a New York hospital after developing flu-like symptoms, according to his publicist Sheila Feren. Hopper, 73, was brought into an unidentified Manhattan hospital by an ambulance Wednesday afternoon, Feren told the Associated Press. According to a report from Entertainment Tonight, he was wearing an oxygen mask and had “numerous tubes visible” at the time of his hospital admission.
