最近看见 很火的 “美国银行账号开通教程揭密，从此收款不再难”的帖子，受不了CJ托收支票太慢的缘故，于是也申请了推荐的这个卡。今天获批了，邮件说3月3日应该收到。

Your Prepaid debit MasterCard® order has been approved!

You should receive your new Payoneer-Affiliates Prepaid debit MasterCard® by 03 Mar 2012.

If your card does not arrive by that time, please contact our Customer Support (please allow additional 3 – 7 days for the card to arrive since the shipping time depends on the local post office).

In order to start using your new card:

1. Go to the website of the company that pays you (or contact them), and choose Payoneer as your payment option.
2. Find the Payoneer registration page and click on the ‘ALREADY APPLIED FOR A PAYONEER ACCOUNT’ button.
3. Fill in the required information and submit. This will link your card with your paying company’s account.
4. You can repeat this action once you wish to receive payments from additional companies that work with Payoneer.

payoneer这个卡说实话，税费什么的我都还没好好看，不过貌似收费不低。当然不能和代收的比，说到代收，我倒是觉得payoneer的这次推广成功的将其推送成为了US affiliate代收的头号选手。这里我吧这个卡+银行账户的办理流程转发给大家，需要的朋友参见。

万事达卡。（2分钟）

1）进入Payoneer官方网站：http://www.payoneer-affiliates.com/（ 从这个链接申请的人资料也会进入到我的邮箱，更利于审核通过）

2）点击“Sign up a card “( 注册卡片)

3）填写申请，总共三步，注意只能用英文字母和数字填写，系统不接受中文。

比如姓名李四，输入时“Si Li “

比如你的收卡地址(adress)为：上海市东四条路四栋888，输入时为：SiDong 888 , DongSiTiaoLu , ShangHaiShi . (注：寄到中国的卡片我们都会邮件质询你的中文地址，您只要在注册时使用拼音填写即可)

A:点击Start Here :  这部分要求你填写个人信息：姓名+出生年月日+注册邮箱+地址+电话。

B:StepII: 步骤2：这部分主要要求填写你在Payoneer的账户信息（相当于你网上银行的信息）：登录Payoneer“我的账户”的用户名（你的注册邮箱）+登录密码+安全问题等.

C: StepIII 步骤三：填写你的证件号码。

此活动将会要求申请者上传个人身份证(驾驶证或者护照均可)，所以务必确保你的出生年月日+身份证号码与即将发送的证件是吻合的。

如果你提供的是你的个人身份证号码，那么要求你提供证件时请上传你的身份证。同理，提供护照号码的给护照证件。

D:当你申请填写成功后，点击“Finish”。如果页面指示的部分出现红色， 说明这项填写的内容不对。比如：地址太长超出限制，请简写你的地址； 或者你的用户名已经存在（表示已经有人使用这个用户名（注册邮箱）注册过P卡），请使用新的邮箱填写。 如果你已经有P卡， 请邮件至Chinese.support@payoneer.com .我们的工作人员会指导你如何在已有的账户上开通这项服务。

二： Payoneer审批部门审核（费事：3-4个工作日）

1）当你的申请成功递交后，系统将会快速给你注册邮箱回信，主题为：Order Card Confirmation

大意就告诉你：你的申请已经递交成功，我们正在审核中。你的用户名和密码为XXX

2）你还会收到一封要求你上传个人证件的邮箱，主题为：Messagefrom Payoneer’s Account

Approval Department

大意就告诉你：请发送有效的个人证件，可为驾驶证，身份证，护照等等。以JPEG，小于1M的附件格式发给我们。 （如果你注册时提供的是驾驶证号码，就发生驾驶证；如果是身份证，就给身份证。 不需要给全部的证件）

3）收到的证件后，系统会自动给你回复，邮件主题为： Invitation to Payoneer’s USpayment Service .你将会被要求回答以下问题：

1）What services or products do you offer? 您提供什么样的服务和什么样的实体产品？

2) What is your website URL? 您公司的网址 （没有就N/A)?

3)Please provide us with direct web links showing someexamples of your products,services and other online activity. 提供你服务的证明（比如你是Amazon,提供Amazon的收款证明、收款历史记录等）

4）Please  confirm thatyou expect to receive ACH payments from the following companies. Paymentattempts from entities outside this list could be delayed or declined.请提供你将会使用此账户接收以下列出的公司中的哪家公司的ACH转账？如果有资金来自非此名单内的公司，我们将会把它拒绝，所以请您认真填写。

4）收到你的回复后，大概在3-5个工作内你将会收到我们的回复并告知Payoneer卡批准并为你签发。主题为：YourPayoneer-Affiliates Prepaid debit MasterCard?0?3 order has been approved! (你的P卡已经批准了，然后预计在XX时间为你送到)

随后，你将会收到你在美国银行账户的信息，主题为：Start Direct Deposits to yourNew Prepaid debit MasterCard?0?3,这封邮件里你将会看到你的美国银行账户信息为：

BANK NAME:FirstCentury Bank
ACCOUNT TYPE: CHECKING
ACCOUNT #: XXXXXX
ABA #: XXXXX

三： 将此美国银行账户信息添加到你需要ACH转账的账户里。 进入的钱您可以登录“我的账户”（https://myaccount.payoneer.com/Login/Login.aspx）查询进账明细

四：收到Payoneer实体卡后，你可立即在接受万事达卡的ATM提取当地货币。
