The International Cricket Council (ICC) will take no action against England players for allegedly interfering with the condition of the ball during the third Test against South Africa at Newlands. Graeme Smith and Hashim Amla punished England's bowlers in scorching heat as South Africa built a commanding lead on the third day of the third Test against England at Newlands on Tuesday.
