Kathleen Savio Death Ruled a Homicide

In what should not come as a shocker, it was reported Thursday that former Bolingbrook, Illinois police sergeant Drew Peterson's third wife, Kathleen Savio, was in fact murdered back in March of 2004. Savio, whose body was exhumed back in November, died in her home, with her body discovered in an upstairs bathtub. At the time, it was suspected that she had died as the result of an accident. The autopsy conducted three months ago reports that her death was a homicide, leading to more questions for her ex-husband. Oh, by the way, Peterson's fourth wife, Stacy, remains missing. Stacy Peterson has been missing since Oct. 28, with many indications pointing to foul play in her disappearance. Savio died back in '04 a few weeks prior to her divorce with Drew Peterson being finalized. So, is Drew Peterson guilty of her murder? Well, proving that four years later will not be easy, but Peterson is obviously a suspect in her death. The "accident" never quite made sense since the bathtub was dry when Savio was discovered and her hair was soaked with blood. Peterson, who has since retired from the Bolingbrook police department, has been raising his four kids (two with Savio, two with Peterson) since Stacy's disappearance last fall. While innocent until proven guilty, Drew Peterson's world just got a little darker today. So what do you think?
