Manuel Ortega , 19, is one of two suspects who have been arrested in the case of a brutal gang rape that happened outside a homecoming dance on Saturday at Richmond High School in Oakland, California. Ortega is not a student at the school, but both the victim and the other suspect arrested are students under the age of 18. Dasha (From KIRO TV) A woman identified only as Dasha told Seattle station KIRO TV that she's been pulled over by police so many times without getting a ticket that her friends have resorted to a creative way to deter the officers. Frances Burt in the real life mom who inspired the movie 'Family Sins'.  Frances was a foster mother who tormented her children, beat them, and made them shoplift on her behalf.  Frances Burt was eventually convicted on charges of kidnapping, extortion, arson, sexual assault, racketeering, welfare fraud and disability fraud. A car chase in Los Angeles ended Wednesday morning with some questionable police tactics. A high-speed car chase came to a close as a driver plowed into a parked car and fled the scene, running through a residential neighborhood before surrendering to police. Sherry Smith Female Oklahoma City firefighter Sherry Smith, 39, was arrested for misdeameanor possession of anabolic steroids, and boy does it show. Apparently Smith is still on duty while being investigated because it all happened off duty.
