Woman Claims Police Have Pulled Her Over More Than 30 Times Because She's Pretty
Dasha (From KIRO TV)A woman identified only as Dasha told Seattle station KIRO TV that she's been pulled over by police so many times without getting a ticket that her friends have resorted to a creative way to deter the officers.
"ATTN: Police please do not pull me over just because I'm pretty," reads the white writing scrawled across Dasha's back windshield.
Dasha's rear window.Dasha told a reporter that she's been stopped in Bellevue, Seattle and Kirkland so many times that it's become annoying, noting that she's only received 2 citations, both of which have been dropped. Dasha said her friends painted the sign on her window about a month ago, and since then, she hasn't been stopped.
"30 times or 35 times they stop me, and I don't have any tickets," she said through a foreign accent. Dasha said now when they see the sign, they smile and drive on.
