Do you think some things are needlessly contorted for legal reasons. I mean, let's be honest. Laws are generally helpful. However, legal solutions are usually incomplete. First of all, I'll admit I've been told that I am a fan of rehabilitative justice. I don't believe in the death penalty. I saw some people who's son was allegedly killed by O.J. Simpson. They wanted O.J. Simpson in jail. Fine. However, putting people in jail does not change the past. And is it of benefit to the person that committed the crime? Sometimes, yes.
