Agent : Cristian Chivu Could Join Real Madrid!
The agent of Inter Milan defender Cristian Chivu has hinted they’re in talks with Real Madrid.
Chivu may potentially be available on a free transfer and that fact has caught the attention of some top clubs.
“I’m talking with three or four big-level teams,” representative Joan Becali commented when asked about the 31-year-old.
“I’d say he could continue playing abroad, maybe at Real Madrid,” he suggested.
“Real boss Jose Mourinho knows him well from their time together in Milan. I’ve spoken to him and we’ll see.
“Chivu can continue playing for four or five years, but the most important thing is that he is used as a pure defender.”
