Willem-Alexander was given the AMCOW AfricaSan Award by the Council of African Ministers responsible for Water (AMCOW) for his work to improve water, sanitation and hygiene on the continent. He also won the award for his work by promoting the issue to African leaders. Crown Prince Willem-Alexander is quite active in this field. Friday ended the state visit to Mexico for Dutch royals Queen Beatrix, Crown Prince Willem-Alexander and Crown Princess Maxima. Their tour was made up of honors, ancient sites, and a language gaffe.
