The Order of the day for the AGM will be:

·  Introduction by President, Paul Read

·  Presentation and vote on the accounts for 2011 (Treasurer, Cherry Jeffs)

·  Review of the activities in 2011 including brief presentations about:

- Craft Fair (Terry McLeod)

- International Day of the Tapa

- Meeting of the committee with the Consejala for Tourism, Lari Muñoz (Cherry Jeffs)

- Other interesting activities organised by AAPL members including the English Language Intensive Weekend

·  Program of Activities for 2011 (Mari Carmen Maldonado)

·  Opportunity to discuss ideas for our collaboration cultural with the Fundación Ibn al Jatib with a representative of the same, Gabriela Handle

·  Closing words (President, Paul Read)

Annual Accounts

Enclosed please find a resumé of the annual accounts for 2011. This year the committee decided not to use a gestor to oversee the accounts given that it cost the association 70€ last year and the quantities involved are so small.

·  Examen y aprobación de las Cuentas del ejercicio anterior (Tesorera, Cherry Jeffs)

·  Examen de la memoria de actividades de 2011 incluyendo informes breves sobre:

- la Fería de Artesanía (Terry McLeod)

- el Día de la Tapa Internacional

- Reunión de la Junta de la AAPL con la Consejala de Turismo, Lari Muñoz (Cherry Jeffs)

- Otras actividades interesantes llevado a cabo por de miembros de la Asociación incluyendo el Fin de Semana de Inglés Intensivo

Cuentas Anuales
Adjuntamos las cuentas anuales del año 2011. Este año la junta ha decidido no usar un gestor para repasar las cuentas dado que nos costó 70€ el año pasado y las cantidades que manejamos son tan pequeñas.
