Cheap Cuisinart GR-4N griddler
Cuisinart GR-4N griddler acts like five different appliances, without taking up much space at all. You can use it as a contact grill, full grill, full griddle, half grill/half griddle, and panini/sandwich press. It has dual temperature controls and a function selector are clearly marked and have indicator lights for quick reference and accurate, no-guesswork operation. The left is used to set cooking temperature when working in “Griddle” mode while the right one is setting the heat in “Panini” mode. The Cuisinart GR-4N does heat up very quickly, which is a good thing, and I didn’t have any problems with fat running off the grill like some other people have, and I use it all the time.
