Bhangra (Punjabi: ਭੰਗੜਾ, بھنگڑا Hindi: भांगड़ा) is a form of dance and music which originated in the Punjab region of first Pakistan and India. It was one of the traditional dances of the Punjab region divided between India and Pakistan and sharing some of its origins, with dances in the north-west India, Afghanistan and even the Iran.
