One of the most important amendments to our beloved constitution has been presidential term limits. Even though every single one of our presidents before 1929 recognized the precedence of two term limits in the oval office, a young Governor from New York would soon show that there were no such laws on the books. Franklin Delano Roosevelt served more than 3 consecutive terms in the Whitehouse.
