Current Events in Riverdale, Georgia

We, the people, the residents of Clayton County are currently planning a major fundraiser under the leadership of the Green Party, Cynthia McKinney and Rosa Clemente, to serve the needs of families of misfortunates. We are presently planning to have a concert at Clayton County Performing Art Center in Morrow, Georgia. The attentive date is May 22, 2009. Meet Pamela L. Lewis, a homeless 4.0 GPA student at Griffin Technical College that was displaced by Hurricane Katrina and is presently sleeping in a '95 Ford Explorer as a resident of Riverdale, Ga. without a source of income. The student, a Katrina survivor, was recently denied food-stamps by Clayton County-DFAS in Jonesboro, Ga. because she is not working at least 20 hrs/wk while attending school. On May 12, 2008, Ms. Pamela L. Lewis was arrested by a Riverdale Police Officer. The charges were for two unpaid seatbelt tickets and failure to show up in court. They had Tara Wreckers in Jonesboro, Ga to tow her truck and had her Louisiana license suspended. The 4.0 GPA student, Katrina Suvivor, did not pay for the tickets or showed up for court due to lack of income since the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
