Please Help the People In Clayton County, Georgia
We, the people, the residents of Clayton County are currently planning a major fundraiser under the leadership of the Green Party, Cynthia McKinney and Rosa Clemente, to serve the needs of families of misfortunates. We are presently planning to have a concert at Clayton County Performing Art Center in Morrow, Georgia. The attentive date is May 22, 2009. We have been using the word-of-mouth method and emailing everyone, but we need funds to pay for deposits, rentals, equipments, advertisements, and etc to make this event successful.
We have been informed by the staff of Clayton County Performing of Arts Center that the total cost for the event is $1380.00. A $500.00 deposit is required.
We have music artists, dancers and speakers that are committed to come out and participate in the event. Again, it will cost us much money to make this event successful in every avenue. Right now, I am starting off working with a $5.00 BUDGET.
