Salaries have been one of the topics I’ve been hitting over the past few weeks. 2007 numbers have started being released, so I thought I’d pass on what I have access to.
This list is for corporate inbound call center managers. The information comes from the 2007 Call Center TeleSales & Customer Service National Salary Guide by TeleManagement Search. They’ve split some of the four main Inbound levels of management (VP, Director, Manager, Supervisor) by B2B and Consumer. In almost all cases, consumer comes with a higher level of pay — that’s for dealing with the unpleasant people that all too often call up.
