People who drove past Lake Eva Park on Monday would never have known the throngs of people that were there the day before, hoping for a glimpse of world-famous Lance Armstrong. He won the Ironman 70.3 -- the first triathlon he's won in 20 years -- held for the first time Sunday in Haines City.
