Wal Mart Sues Disabled Employee
Debbie Shank,52, is a former Wal-Mart Employee who suffers from a severe brain injury (which resulted to the loss of her short-term memory) after a semi-truck hit her car eight years ago. In addition to this tragedy, her son died in Iraq while serving in a military and that every time someone told her about him, she would cry as if hearing it for the first time.
If this heartbreaking story is not enough, Debbie’s former employer is suing her to recoup the medical claims it gave to her after discovering that she was awarded by the court with more than a million.
The plight of Debbie and her legal battle against the retail giant has angered many people that her story has now become a popular topic on the Internet forum.
