Cynthia Rodriguez has filed divorce papers in Miami to end her nearly 6-year marriage to New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez .
She alleged infidelity in her Miami-Dade County Family Court filing. She said Rodriguez has “emotionally abandoned his wife and children.”
