The Seattle Seahawks obviously want to make national headlines, but they would rather do it by winning games on the field. They reportedly had an opportunity to be featured on the HBO show, "Hard Knocks" for the upcoming season. However, Seattle decided that this was an opportunity that they could afford to pass up. Seahawks OT Allen Barbre has been suspended four games for a violation of the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs, multiple media outlets reported Wednesday. The Seattle Seahawks made an interesting move on May 21, acquiring TE Kellen Winslow from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. NEW YORK (AP) Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle Allen Barbre was suspended for the first four regular-season games by the NFL on Wednesday for violating the league's policy on performance enhancing substances.  

Less than 24 hours since initial report of his impending departure, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers traded Kellen Winslow Jr. to the Seattle Seahawks for a conditional 2013 draft pick on Monday, May 21.  

Update: Winslow was traded to the Seahawks late Monday night for a seventh-round draft pick, the Seattle Times reports.
