OK, maybe not that last one. The others still stand though, and there's no time like the present to start biking to work. I use the work "biking" because this Instructable works equally well for motorbikes (also a more economical way of getting a single person around than a car).
However, the weather is cooling as fast as the economy and cycling in winter requires winter clothing. My definition of "winter bike clothing" has two main requirements: it must be waterproof enough to keep you dry while cycling in rain or heavy rain for short periods, and be warm even in high winds.
