JERMAINE DUPRI has become embroiled in DA BRAT's legal battle with a woman who was left permanently scarred following an attack at the music producer's nightclub in 2007. Rapper Da Brat was convicted of aggravated assault and imprisoned for three years in 2008 over her attack on waitress Shayla Stevens at a Halloween party at Dupri's Studio 72 nightclub in Atlanta, Georgia the previous year (07). In October of 2007 Da Brat was arrested after an altercation with a waitress at a night club owned by producer Jermaine Dupri.
