A pair of fugitives who had been on the run for almost three weeks have been captured and taken into custody at an eastern Arizona campground. John McCluskey, who had broken out of an Arizona prison, and his fiancee, Casslyn Welch, were caught when a forest ranger spotted their stolen vehicle. The couple was captured outside their tent.
