Yes, it's true.  She told InStyle, about her ring made of rose gold and white diamond.

“My fiancé designed it,” Ramirez gushed about the ring, which was reportedly purchased by Land from August Stephenson International in Florida. “He wanted to go for a vintage, old love theme.”

Ramirez added that the ring defines who she is. “This is probably the first time I’m even discussing it,” the gorgeous actress admitted. Land popped the question in La Conversation in Los Angeles. “We just decided to spend the rest of our lives together,” Ramirez told InStyle. “It wasn’t anything extravagant.”
