The Denver Nuggets are close to signing forward Danilo Gallinari to a long-term contract, a league source confirmed this morning.
The contract would be for four years, around $42 million total, the source told The Denver Post.
Gallinari posted a season-high 37 points against his former team, the Knicks, in Saturday night’s 119-114 double-overtime win.
Danilo also added a season-high 11 rebounds and was 18-20 from the free-throw line.
