Darnell Hudson

A Cook County judge Tuesday denied a motion to quash the arrest of William Balfour, accused of killing Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson’s relatives. The judge also ruled that evidence taken during his arrest could be allowed into evidence during his upcoming trial.
