Scream, the seminal slasher flick from mad man movie maker Wes Craven, is set to start filming it's fourth installment with many of the original cast members returning, including Sidney herself, Neve Campbell. Campbell has confirmed that she will be reprising her role as Sidney Prescott just a few days after co-star David Arquette said she probably wouldn't do it.
